1. I wasn't looking to start something, but I was hoping someone would get him to tone it down a bit because it was pretty awful listening to him ripping strips off his poor bullied employee on the other end.

4. Cleaning people were good, but there were such poor attitudes for the some of the bell people and the maintenance workers.

5. Having said that we suffered some of the same problems reported in the other reviews (curtains not fully closing, noisy coke machine in corridor, poor decor, old tv etc) but to be honest we did'nt care,we were in New York and excited.

6. After reading all the poor reviews on this property I assumed that much of the problem was due to renovation efforts.

7. The service as well is poor, staffs dont smile or greet, there was a huge checkout line at 11:00am where only two staffs were working, took us at least 45 mins to leave and get our parked cars.
