1. Lots of little issues - we asked where the nearest laundromat was and was given the wrong address and ended up carting bags of laundry around NYC asking random people where the nearest one was.

5. We were so tired from sightseeing that it wasn't an issue but if you go for business then request somewhere further from the lift.

6. The bathroom also had an awkward layout, and as the sink and counter are in a separate are there was no place to put anything needed for shower time (might not be an issue for a couple or family, but could be awkward for groups of friends).
