1. My only complaint was the guy next door made a lot of LOUD (screaming obscenities) and lengthy phonecalls and when I called the front desk to see if they could encourage him to lower his voice, they promised to send security up and never did.

3. My only complaints would be that there was no safe in the room, the concierge guys were useless and our heating did not work (but it is May so not a problem).

5. We enjoyed the location of this hotel and were pleased when we found a Dunkin Donuts in close vicinity :) The only complaint that I would have were the small elevators that would fit around 8 people.

8. My only other complaint is that the smoke from the room upstairs came down into our room from the bathroom vents.

9. There are many complaints about the noise - but even if you are in close proximity to the elevators and pipe chases - we had the unfortunate episodes of two (2) couples have angry arguments in adjacent rooms.

10. Our one complaint was that you cannot get the PBS channel on the hotel TV, quite surprising for any major hotel not to have this access.
