1. Sometimes hotels get it wrong but it was great to see that they made it right quickly.

2. Checked in with no problems, the front desk clerk was friendly and he told us if anything was wrong in the room to just let him know.

4. I had booked this hotel to take my Daughter for her 21st, after reading reviews I wasn't looking forward to it, BUT HOW WRONG, we walked in to a fantastic lobby, the staff were always helpful.

5. In the move I left my credit card in the old room and didn't notice until the hotel reception called me during the evening to say they had it and were holding it for me (excellent ) as in the wrong hands it could have gone anywhere.

6. Don't get me wrong it was clean and we had a decent TV and a fridge, but the room was very dated.

7. Bathroom was small but serviceable, everything was clean and tidy and the only thing I could say was wrong with the room in what you would expect was no tea/coffee makers.
