5. The room was a little bit shabby, some the the wall paper was peeling and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

10. The room itself was old with worn carpets, peeling paint/wallpaper, a musty/moldy smell, ancient air conditioners and a bathroom from the 70's.
