7. the hotel breakfast is a buffet and keeps you stuffed, but is again expensive so we found a nearby diner THE RED FLAME which was good with the locals as well, service was good and friendly apart from a saturday when a polish girl was on (she was just rude)the bar in the hotel had some nice cocktails,watch the barman though some are a bit rude, rest of new york was friendly so came as a surprise.

8. We had booked a supershuttle bus to the airport for our departure which was included in our trip, however we needed to book this 24 hours in advance, we asked the concierge if they could book this or assist us with this, however they rudely said this was not a service they promote and would not assist and pointed to the nearest pay phone for us to use.
