7. The security lock on the door of the room - when I finally got into it - was broken off, it looked as if it had been forced at some point, and the wood of the door itself was so rotten that it would not hold the screws when maintenance came to replace it.

10. The bathroom door was warped and did not close, the cold and hot water in the bathtub must have been switched because it did not work properly, the glass shelf on the mirror was broken, and there was mold along the rim of the tub and sink, and the fan was broken.
