2. The room was an ok size, stayed in bigger but I think hotel rooms in New York tend to be slightly small but it wasn't uncomfortable.

3. Small, with a stained and noisy air-conditioner, stained carpeting, questionable bedding, a loose bed frame that almost catapulted my husband to the wall, torn lampshades and a tiny, uncomfortable bathroom with a very hard to work shower control.

4. When we finally got up to our rooms, I was disappointed that the one my folks and stayed in (1235) had uncomfortably small beds (double bed) and the door's deadbolt slider did not look very secure.

5. The only drawback was on the last day, they stored our luggage, and when we went to get them to go to the airport, They said 'this service is free, however a gratuatary tip is often given' All her did was carry my case down one flight of stairs (3 in total) and then made to feel uncomfortable when we were resting in the lobby afterwards and as we left.

6. Like most New York hotels-- the room is small, but even the Superior rooms are very small at the Roosevelt and the bathrooms are uncomfortably cramped and in need of a renovation.
