1. Not something that would tip over our budget, but very annoying when you add up the tips we left after every stay.

2. we arrived 18th december on entrance the xmas tree is amazing the whole lobby area is very cosy, bell boys bit annoying straight away trying to take your bags and asking for tips.

3. The only annoying thing was the shower area was slightly higher on a slope so everytime you had a shower the water would go all over the rest of the bathroom floor.

5. Though this is trivial, it became rather annoying being in the 14th floor and having 5 stops or more every time I had to use one.

6. Had to call the front desk to get one set up, which they did, but still, the whole thing was annoying.

7. On returning to the hotel after 3pm we had to go through the whole check in process again, with somebody who seemed to find us an annoying interruption to his day, and were allocated the room we had originally paid for (no upgrade).
