1. The bell hops were pleasant, the staff in the business area on the 2nd floor (but expect to pay for the services) were helpful and 1 (sandra) out of 5 reception staff made my stay bearable (all others were extremely unhelpful).

3. this was recommended but oh boy what a disaster its shabby uncared for and very unfriendly and unhelpful staff never again it was our first night in NY and the experience of staying there could quite easily have spoilt our whole holiday.

5. )not what you would expect from this level of hotel found the attitude unhelpful - you could see my problem - they need to prewarn guests about the exact size of their 'cozy' rooms and that they are noisey and those that are not fit for purpose should be made part of a 'special deal' not a standard rate.

7. - Bellmen unhelpful and pushy - There was a man sitting at the bell desk who did not actually help anyone, but instead would just point to where you should stand until someone else came along.

9. We chose the hotel based on reviews found on Tripadvisor and whilst we were aware that we did get a good price for New York and from the reviews, expected a small room and somewhat unhelpful staff, we were still VERY disappointed with the standard of the hotel.

10. All throughout the afternoon and night, the staff was outright rude and unhelpful, and almost seemed to be laughing at the situation - most likely since it was not anything expensive and simply a bear - a bear, however, that meant nearly everything to my dying nephew.
