1. We're so glad we did not stay around Time Square area, as the constant noise would have driven us crazy.

2. They placed us on the 11th floor, so it is very quiet from the city street noise.

3. The only negatives is the air-con is noisey, we didn't have a view from our window which ended up being a positive as we didn't hear any road noise etc.

4. Certainly not now and air conditioner unit was as noisy as a bin lorry so no sleep we were on 7th floor which we shared with a number of italian students 14-15yrs old girls just added to the noise really all in all just look at the reviews they dont lie, and believe it or not im not fussy.
