1. unfortunately the guy delivered the voucher inside an envelope, which, in trust to his good service, I did not check to confirm (neither he showed the voucher to me so we both could confirm it).

3. Once you have your key there are about 5 elevators that unfortunately can be quite slow as they have many floors to cover and they operate a bit slowly.

They do offer Starbucks coffee downstairs at the bar in the mornings with snacks for purchase, but who wants to have to get dressed to go get early morning coffee?The hotel has a new rooftop bar called mad46 (after Madison Avenue and 46th Street) which I heard is very, very nice, but was unfortunately closed the night I wanted to go, which was my last night in town.
