2. Of course I went in a rage to the concierge desk and said I would not accept them charge me for their mistake, as I had told them the taxi was to 4AM of Sunday, not Saturday.

5. All in all if you go by the negative stuff written about this hotel and decide to pass, you have made a mistake, For the value and location it is extremely nice, We will go back anytime we can.

9. 10am which was obviously a mistake and when I asked at the reception just to ensure we wouldn`t get one every day, not complaining at all, we were given a full complimentary breakfast `for our trouble` :)Found the staff all very friendly and helpful.

10. i've stayed here a number of times on quick stopovers in the city; so close to grand central; always reliable; never a mistake; just good hotel at a fair price.
