10. mail saying it was our anniversary, but to our disappointment not even a complimentary bottle of water how sad,this hotel is living on it`s past glory now,i wanted to look for a shop and used the internet and was charged $20, rip off don`t get caught,our room at the back of hotel had a noisy generator going all the time, the staff do not have the personal touch,i usually tip but no one here got any tips for the lack of service,this was our last time staying at the roosevelt if you go to new york try a different hotel.
