1. Stayed at the Roosevelt for my honeymoon at the beginning of September and i was disappointed with the check in and the maintenance in the bathroom BUT to be fair as soon as I spoke to the duty manager the issues were resolved and I was given a different room quickly.

2. I then asked to be moved to another room and was upgraded however, again the a/c was having issues and the room has a damp smell.

3. Bathroom was small and no counter space (was only an issue b/c we had 4 girls traveling together) but rooms were nice & clean.

9. I had a couple of issues (shower with no cold water, remote battery died) and they were swiftly responsive and cheery throughout.
