1. We did find a roach in the room on the last day, but then I would challenge anyone to find an old hotel in NYC that doesn't have one, so it didn't bother me that much.

7. I travel all over the world for work, and I have never experienced such horrible service or had roaches in my room.

8. The biggest issue came on day 3 (which turned out to be my last day at the hotel even though I was booked for 5 nights) when I woke up, went to take a shower and found roaches in the shower.
