4. I didn't like the bed covers, they had these horrible gold blankets at the end of the bed, but they were holey and gross, so I pulled them off and dumped them in a corner for my stay.

7. we are infested and have to throw out all of our matresses and spend thousands of dollar to replace them and well as having out whole house treated, it is horrible.
