1. The rooms are a bit dated and look a bit shabby but my one wasn't dirty anyway it was cleaned to a decent standard each morning.

3. this was recommended but oh boy what a disaster its shabby uncared for and very unfriendly and unhelpful staff never again it was our first night in NY and the experience of staying there could quite easily have spoilt our whole holiday.

5. Aspects of the rooms are updated (very nice beds and bedding, toiletry items, flat screen) however the room and especially the bathroom is a bit dated/shabby.

Looks good until you look closely shabby en-suite very small just be glad you did not take your cat, heating broke down for 2 days not ine perrson said sorry it cost a 7 Dollers to get a bowl of soup to warm us up and not even a bread roll Will not stay there again rather pay more for a little more quality and more friendly.

10. 1st impression is great with a fantastic lobby (but you don't sleep there)we were upgraded to a bigger room (with 2 teenage girls); this room was fairly big with plenty of room, however the air con was very noisy and the bathroom was very shabby and needs a complete overhaul even the door didn't completely shut.
