2. The worst thing is the set of two lifts you need to use to get to your room, first a very slow lift at the entrance to the building which takes you up five floors to reception, where you need to get out and transfer to another lift to take you to your room.

4. This hotel sucks for the following reasons:We were informed by housekeeping that that hotel HEAT was turned off as it was 'summer'Well it is was not summer it was the one of the worst storms in US history - deaths due to the storm in New Jersey even.

5. I do have to say as a regular to Novotel the rooms are what you'd expect but this Novotel is probably the worst i've stayed at for overall value and service.
