Dec 7thI stopped and spoke to a manager on the way out about the room temp and when we arrived back at the hotel I called down they later sent a maintenance man to look at the AC, he found the AC filter very dirty and also confirmed the AC for the building had not been on and that they can only provide AC or heat but not both at the same time.

5. When I alerted the waiter to this, he looked puzzled for a minite, and then, as though some divine light bulb switched on, he got the dirty cup, and swapped it with a clean cup with the unoccupied seat next to us, without another word.
