8. We spent 5 nights at the Novotel further to a disapointing experience at the Paramount Hotel and I would like to recommend it to people who are looking for a great location for a decent price (roughly USD160 discounted for a deluxe room)The hotel is so close to Time Square and also within easy walking distance of Fifth Avenue and Central Park.
