1. My only gripe was sometimes the room temp control could be temperamental but really wasn't a big issue I hope it never shuts down or I don't know where I would stay that's my spot.

3. The entry to the lobby was no issue either with a lift needed to go up three levels to the entry.

4. Some reviews mention thin walled rooms however I had no issue with excessive noise and the block out blinds ensure the Times Square lights don't keep you up all night.

5. Not a huge issue but is a pain at times especially after a long day out and about.

6. There web sites states they have modern facilities with heat and AC this is not true at all so before you make your booking to stay here you may want to consider this issue.

7. So I didn't look in it to see if there was empty space or not as I didn't want to get into issues at checkout, but that seems a little petty.

8. It appears that Air France/Air Canada has a deal with this hotel, as it seems we were only other tourists asides the French/French Canadian staying, no issue just worth noting.

Rooms are large with very good shower in the bathroom (shower over bath)View of Times Square from the room are great TV channel selection and cable very comprehensive if you into that thingCON:No free Wi-Fi - why in this day and age, hotels continue to think they should charge for this service (no problem, Starbucks and McDonalds just a block down have free Wi-Fi)As mentioned by others, two lifts to get to your room - no a big issue, but frustratingly slow when your cold and wet to get to your room.

10. As the people with the reservation for that night, we feel like we should have been placed into the room we reserved and the couple with the issue should have been moved to the room where we were put.
