2. I checked the conditions for this deal, but could not find a mention of black-out dates, so I wrote an e-mail to Accor customer services asking why I had not been able to book this special deal.

9. Still the hotel claimed that they have not received our luggage, after investigation with the airliner we found out that the luggage was delivered indeed, till date the hotel management was not able to determine how our luggage ended up lost.

10. My only comment is that the actual room was dated, but clean and the internet was a little spotty and you have to pay 8.
