1. There are 2 slow lifts to get ppl to the lobby area, but then u have to change lifts to get to your room.

Rooms are large with very good shower in the bathroom (shower over bath)View of Times Square from the room are great TV channel selection and cable very comprehensive if you into that thingCON:No free Wi-Fi - why in this day and age, hotels continue to think they should charge for this service (no problem, Starbucks and McDonalds just a block down have free Wi-Fi)As mentioned by others, two lifts to get to your room - no a big issue, but frustratingly slow when your cold and wet to get to your room.

4. The worst thing is the set of two lifts you need to use to get to your room, first a very slow lift at the entrance to the building which takes you up five floors to reception, where you need to get out and transfer to another lift to take you to your room.

7. We ate twice in the restaurant at dinner; the food cannot be faulted - however service is a little slow, so order first and enjoy your pre-dinner drink at the table rather than at the bar.

8. The lifts were slow to say the least, in the evening there was a 40 minute wait for a lift up to the rooms, there were 4 lifts and only 1 worked.
