I then called later that night about the room being warm and after waiting for over an hour I called the front desk to let them know we would be going out for the evening after we returned there was no change in the room temp and we were very tiredI called the front deck again and complained, we were tired and went to bed.

9. And I have no right to complain this time either since we only paid $159 a night, and I know that is great deal (but after two nights here we stayed two nights at the Millenium Broadway for the same price, and comparing the two, the Millenium was far superior in all aspects).
