2. We hesitated to book Novotel due to some poor reviews regarding room quality but decided to give it a whirl and are really pleased that we did; this hotel is in THE best location and of good quality.

7. My only critisism would be the bar area - very expensive / poor service (Only ever one member of staff on duty) - the coffee from the bar area was from a machine and very poor quality.
