3. We checked in and went to our room on the 15th floor, what a disappointment, carpet really shabby, room tiny, view of a noticeboard if we could have stretched our necks to the right we might have seen Broadway and Times Square, room was only set for two people, two towels, two glasses etc.

4. the bathroom was shabby with what resembled cement stains in the sink, we had to aks for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels on the day after arrival, if you call housekeeping don't expect any politeness, everything seemed too much trouble for them.
