3. Checking out, we, as foreigners, apparently pronounced Newark airport wrong, which the receptionist found good enough reason to to make a lengthy, public don't -understand-what -these- idiots-are-trying-to-say-number.

8. Those reviewers who felt the rooms were lacking are wrong - we had our friend (a NY real estate agent) up to our suite and she was very impressed for the reasonable rate we paid.

9. Did have one bad experience when on arrival keys were not ready because key machine was broken, so bellman took us to our room with master key -- which turned out to be THE WRONG ROOM complete with naked people in bed when we walked in.

10. Some staff could have been a little friendlier but overall rooms spacious, dated but clean and totally catered for, the breakfast was good too although plastic knives and forks are just a little bit on the wrong side.
