awful
pillows, and unfriendly staff (which to an extent can be expected in NYC), certainly dampen your experience.

I had planned on bringing my own bedding from home after reading how
awful
it was, but I'm glad I didn't because it was comfortable enough, very clean, and they have extra blankets if you need them.
