5. Did have one bad experience when on arrival keys were not ready because key machine was broken, so bellman took us to our room with master key -- which turned out to be THE WRONG ROOM complete with naked people in bed when we walked in.

6. The biggest issue was that 1 of only 2 lifts was broken for the whole of our visit, which was a nuisance as we were on the 17th floor.

The rooms were clean, comfy and large -- there was only two faults with our stay; 1) The 2nd evaluator was broken for all of our stay which was a pain, especially at the end of the day, when all you wanted to do was get back up to your room , and 2) A Shopping Bag was taken from our room half way during our stay.

8. Only downfall was that there are only 2 lifts to serve 17 floors and on the last couple of days of our stay, one of these was broken resulting in a long wait for a lift.

9. We had to ask to change our first allocated room due to smell and very poor bathroom (broken toilet seat and not clean).

10. I don`t know why Expedia etc offered the room at $207 (normally $299) but we paid the same for places with everything broken and looking like a welfare hotel in the past, so we were very pleased.
