1. Although the hotel did give us a very large room (presumably to compensate for 1st night's overbooking inconvenience), the loss of our bag put a damper on things - unneeded stress and waste of time trying research replacement value.

7. It was supposed to be four nights but on arriving we were told that the hotel had been overbooked (not the hotel's fault but double booking by one of the internet sights).

8. The only reason I can`t put this hotel as excellent is because on arrival at 11pm (after a long flight) we were told that our room had been flooded and we had to go to another hotel, being sceptical I think they had overbooked and were making up an excuse.
