1. Bathroom somewhat dated and need of a renovation.

2. Of course it is a little run-down and some renovation is in order, of course the bathroom is dated, but in the past we have tried other, trendier hotels and everytime we were disappointed in what we got for our money.

When I called the front desk/reservation prior to my arrival to inquire about a possible early check in (& gave our date/time ETA) I was told by two people that I would likely get a room by 11am & that did not look to be a problem for them (they knew we were traveling with children from a red-eye flight).
