) This is a popular place for large groups which sometimes
slow
s the elevators down, as does the attached church which uses the 5th floor for meetings.

One thing to be aware of is that there are only 2
slow
elevators in the building so it can take a long time to get one in the mornings and evenings.

They did start at 7am everymorning but we where up at 6am anyways, the noise wasnt too loud either so no idea why people are complaining? The lift is also not really
slow
, unless your in a rush that is.

Two very
slow
elevators, old rooms that are clean, but very outdated, terribly hard beds and awful pillows, and unfriendly staff (which to an extent can be expected in NYC), certainly dampen your experience.

The only downside was that the Bellmen were not very helpful, and/or they had to few of them to cover a high demand and that the elevators are
slow
, not to mention only one was working and they are small.

The hotel is old and outdated and the lifts are very
slow
however the rooms made up for it in size.

Two very
slow
elevators serve many many rooms; we took the stairs at least half the time to avoid the long elevator wait time.

General - the hotel has two small elevators for 17 floors so it can be a little
slow
to get one.
