1. Things I loved about the Salisbury: Central location, large and affordable room and closets, kitchenette, friendly staff (I don't know why people are complaining about the staff???)Things that need improvement: Decor could use a little facelift, but then it would just become another expensive hotel, right? Also, the shower was a bit funky with alternating hot and cold spurts, and the A/C was a little loud.

4. As an old building, it has old windows, and window airconditioners, both of which contributed to any and all street noise making it into our 6th floor, street facing room loudly, And there was a lot of street noise.

5. General loud noise from street due to improper sealed windows, heating not adjustable, very narrow space, and unpolite concierges as well as unmotivated staff at the desk.

10. Room was spacious but the A/C was super loud, shower was finicky and more importantly their customer service from the front desk and the luggage folks was poor to the point that I wouldn't return despite the great location, reasonable price and lack of bedbugs.
