1. the decor is dated but it isn't grubby, but we didn't go for the decor lol, the only slightly annoying thing is how long the lifts take to come, its prob quicker to walk the day we were leaving with all our suitcases we had to wait at least 15min.

3. The only annoying thing was the volume of traffic in the lifts (we were on the top floor), but that's new York.

4. The only real minus I can thnk of is that the lifts were REALLY slow to arrive and you could be waiting for ages for one which was annoying after we'd spent a day walking around the city.

9. The most annoying thing was the elevators which you could stand and wait for a long time with no indication where the elevator was apart from if you were in the lobby.
