1. Things I loved about the Salisbury: Central location, large and affordable room and closets, kitchenette, friendly staff (I don't know why people are complaining about the staff???)Things that need improvement: Decor could use a little facelift, but then it would just become another expensive hotel, right? Also, the shower was a bit funky with alternating hot and cold spurts, and the A/C was a little loud.

3. All in all, we had a great stay, no major complaints but the price we paid, we can't complain at all.

6. They did start at 7am everymorning but we where up at 6am anyways, the noise wasnt too loud either so no idea why people are complaining? The lift is also not really slow, unless your in a rush that is.

7. Others complained about the elevator, but we never had a problem, and rarely had to wait for one (and we were on the 17th floor).

9. How anyone can complain about a room that's cleaned everyday, hotel staff that would go out of their way to help pour queries and one that is so central and good value is beyond me.
