8. My recommendation is that, if you are considering staying at this hotel, be very sure that your arrangements are in order, because based on my experience, mistakes made by the Salisbury Hotel will not be rectified, despite what they say.

They tracked the case with CCTV footage, never wavered from accepting resposibilty even when at first it looked like the case may not have got past the outside pavement, and made numerous phonecalls before finding that it had ended up back at JFK (added on by mistake to a departing guests luggage).
