1. As also noted, the staff at front desk can be alittle rude and unhelpful, but probably more indifferent to be accurate.

3. I have just returned from New York we stayed in the Salisbury 57th street the reception people were ok could have been abit more upbeat as they talked to each other whilst they were serving you which i thought abit rude.

4. There is so much I can tell you about NYC and this hotel as it was just the perfect place to be, especially as this was my 1st trip, the hotel staff where very helpful but sometimes a little rude, but we where never going to see them again so we didnt mind.
