2. However, with that note, because of the humidity, the hotel rooms may tend to get a slight smell sometime and the hotel can do a better job in masking the smell.

4. Our first room was on the first floor, and while spacious and well appointed, smelled somewhat musty (I think it was a problem with the air conditioning).

5. The room itself was clean, although I thought it smelled a bit musty (husband didn't notice) and it had a small refrigerator so we could store snacks and drinks to save money.

6. we had problems with our shower not draining properly and when they were informed sent someone straight away to fix but water had drained onto the carpet outside the bathroom and this started to smell.

9. When we arrived we got a room on the ground floor that had a strong musty smell so the next morning we asked to be moved and got an odorless room on the 2nd floor.
