3. There were some clear minor issues in the rooms, such as dust on the wall beside the bed, an ironing board that collapsed at the slightest touch, not enough towel rails, and mis-aligned taps in the bathroom.

7. The manager, 'Keith' handled the issue courteously and promptly, after we were outright lied to by 'Nathan' who very rudely said he was 'in charge' when we asked to speak with a manager and who very deceptively informed us that our first room would be 'beautiful.

8. If you have anyone with mobility issues (we did) I would definitely go to the Fairmont over the Hilton as the access to everything is much easier.

9. The resort is amazing, beautiful, clean, not too big (which was an issue at the Sheraton Maui) and has great amenities.
