1. We saw people sitting on the balconies of rooms adjacent and below us, but noise was never a factor.

2. My biggest complaint was the shrill, raucous, piercing noises the maintenance staff at the Orchid were making during the day while we tried to relax by the pool and/or beach.

3. Additionally, the North tower is generally over the pool area and the faux waterfalls (there is a constant water noise).

9. They offered to move us on our second day but we realized the noise was not a problem and that the south tower was much closer to everything.
