7. The $40 butterfish was a deal at any price - but $10 for the small bowl of Kraft Mac & Cheese (no salad, grapes, nothing, just a small bowl of Kraft M&C) was ridiculous - come on, you're a Zagat-rated restaurant, the least you can do is make scratch Mac & Cheese or add some carrots or something.
