7. I had booked the Keiki package which included free self-parking, the scrumptious daily breakfast buffet for 4 of us (kids 5 yrs and under were free, so it wasn't a problem that we had an 'extra' kid) and 2 passes for the full-day Keiki (kids) program.

9. Our first room was on the first floor, and while spacious and well appointed, smelled somewhat musty (I think it was a problem with the air conditioning).

10. A few strategically placed bath mats fixed that problem, but why the need in the first place??$22 for 2 very average poolside margaritas was ridiculous (not including a tip since we had to get up to order).
