1. Luckily the Roberts Hawaii staff member went the extra mile and came to find us while we waited at the *wrong* pick-up area that the concierge had written on our receipt and the valet checked twice.

2. In fact everything about the Sheraton is expensive - but if you want a romantic location surrounded by Palm trees right in the heart of Waikiki, then you can't go wrong.

4. Nothing screams 'resort experience' like discount decorating and a light switch on the wrong side of the- Their 'resort' room service will be closed when you want it (What 'resort' fails to provide 24-hour room service? You can't even get a salad?.

5. It's honestly hard to puzzle out how Sheraton could get it all so wrong, and re-learning why I had let my preferred guest membership lapse.

6. Don't get me wrong this is not a horrible hotel, I have stayed at far worse, but as far as the quality you expect from a Sheraton, this is clearly lacking.

Finally, I know the first receiptionist give us wrong key card, this lady - Candice, dress in black, like a manager, but the service & manner she provided is really bad, I feel she is discrimination to chinese, she do not have smiling & wearing dark face all the time, I have never make compliant before, but this time, I cannot.
