4. The style of the hotel room, Japanese modern/minimalist? It has recently been updated and is clean, but I just didn't love the vibe, the lack of drawers and there is certainly no wow or luxury factor here.

10. Certainly we enjoyed an awesome view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach but the room was small and shabby and lacking in many of the comforts you would normally expect with a hotel of this standard (and this price).
