3. It was too noisy to keep the lanai door open or sit out there (not that you'd really want to given the view), and even with the door shut the construction noise could be heard.

5. Their construction is interesting in that you can see the ocean at least from the balcony of every room (if your floor is high enough), even the ones facing the other way.
