1. We complained once to reception, but nothing changed so I assume it is standard.

If you are staying with more than yourself in the room and you need more bathroom privacy due to the shutter style window that some complained didn't provide enough sound barrier, my solution, take a quick ride down the elevator ( another thing I never had a problem with both trips, plenty of them and they were never too crowded and we went when hotel was 98% capacity.

5. I complained and was given a cleaner and brighter room with a balcony that was fenced in so I could sit on a chair and enjoy the view because the balcony had a wrought iron enclosure.
