Dirty (food crumbs on floor), stains on most bathroom surfaces, shower did not work properly, very sparsely furnished room, very crowded and busy hotel, The Duty Manager was helpful in solving the problems within his power but the fact remains this hotel is overpriced and very much in need of a major overhaul.

10. Since it was so close to the hotel, we got lunch as take-out from there and brought it back to the pool area (the food for lunch at the hotel was overpriced and mediocre).
