9. unfortunately we had to shift to another hotel for 4 nights to complete our stay in Hawaii because there were no vacancies for these days at the Sheraton when we booked.

10. On arrival we waited over 40mins to be served to be checked into our rooms, and unfortunately check in is at 3pm so we had an additional 2 hour wait after our long flight from Sydney.
