3. Fab location right on the beach, but rooms have been scantily refurbished; painting a bathroom really doesnt cut it, and there is no excuse for moldy grout in the bathroom when guests are paying $400 per night, no matter how great the location.

9. My parents were certainly given a sub-par room (I am guessing this is due to it being a Priceline room), and after multiple complaints (about the moldy bathroom, no lanai, and smell).
